This policy covers products operated by LiveCue AI Inc., a company registered in Alberta, Canada. We aim to collect as little data as possible. Some products run fully on-device, while others use cloud services to provide live AI features.

1. Products covered

2. LiveCue for Mac processing

LiveCue for Mac captures your microphone and the call's audio on your device, streams that audio to a speech-to-text provider for live transcription, and sends short snippets of the resulting transcript to an AI provider to generate suggestions and recaps. On paid plans, when you press the screen-analysis shortcut, the current screen image is sent to an AI provider for analysis.

4. International transfers

Some LiveCue AI Inc. products process data outside of Canada. For LiveCue for Mac, transcript snippets may be sent to DeepSeek servers in China, and audio may be processed in the United States. If you do not want meeting content processed in these countries, do not use LiveCue for Mac.

6. App Store and device processing

Our iOS apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may process purchase, download, refund, crash, diagnostic, and device information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. LiveCue AI Inc. does not receive your payment card information.

7. Data retention and deletion

For products with accounts or subscriptions, we keep account and usage data while the account is active or as needed for billing, security, and legal compliance. For products without accounts, data such as saved preferences may remain only on your device unless you delete the app or reset the data. You may request access to or deletion of data held by LiveCue AI Inc. by emailing us.

8. Security

Connections use TLS where data is transmitted. API keys are held on our servers when a server is used, not in public client code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data.

9. Children

Our products are not directed to children. Do not send us personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to support@livecueapp.com.
