Privacy Policy

Iron Coach AI is operated by LiveCue AI Inc., a company registered in Alberta, Canada. We collect as little data as possible. Most of your data stays on your device; some premium AI features send limited, structured data to cloud services to generate results.

1. What we store on your device

• Your profile: name, height, weight, goal, training days, experience, gym, and coach style.
• Your training data: workouts, sets, lifts, body weight, and meal logs.
• App settings.

This data is stored locally on your device. You can remove it at any time with Delete my data in Settings or by deleting the app.

2. Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you connect Apple Health, Iron Coach AI reads your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and body weight to calculate an in-app recovery/readiness score. This data is used only inside the app. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or store your raw Health records on our servers. You can disconnect Health access at any time in the iOS Settings app.

3. Premium AI features and third parties

When you use premium AI features, limited structured data is sent to our backend and to AI providers to produce results:

• Workout plans, coach briefs, and plan analysis — structured inputs (goal, experience, training days, equipment, and your exercise list) are sent to DeepSeek. We never send free-form personal text. DeepSeek processes requests on servers located in China.
• Meal photo estimates — a photo you choose is sent to Google (Gemini) to estimate calories and macros. The photo is processed to return an estimate and is not stored by us afterward.

If you do not want data processed by these providers, use only the free features (build and log your own workouts) and do not use AI plans, coach briefs, plan analysis, or meal photo scan.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, download, refund, and device information under Apple's own terms. LiveCue AI Inc. does not receive your payment card information.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal or health data.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
• We do not make medical claims or provide diagnoses.
• We do not store your meal photos or raw Health records on our servers.

6. Data retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app. For subscription records, Apple retains billing data under its terms. You may request access to or deletion of any data held by LiveCue AI Inc. by emailing support@livecueapp.com.

7. Security

Data in transit uses TLS. Provider API keys are held on our server, never in public client code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Children

Iron Coach AI is not directed to children. Please do not send us personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to support@livecueapp.com.
