Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of LiveCue, operated by LiveCue AI Inc. ("LiveCue," "we," "us"), a company registered in Alberta, Canada. By downloading or using LiveCue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LiveCue.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveCue.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LiveCue on your own devices for your own use, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use & your consent responsibility
LiveCue is a personal productivity assistant. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. In particular:
- You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording, wiretapping, and consent laws, and for obtaining any consent required from other participants before using LiveCue in a conversation. These laws vary by jurisdiction; some require all-party consent.
- You will comply with the terms of any meeting platform you use LiveCue alongside.
- You will not use LiveCue for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, or in any setting where its use is prohibited.
You are responsible for how you use LiveCue's output.
4. Plans, billing & hours
- Paid plans are billed through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payment and applicable taxes.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of live session time ("hours"). Time is counted while a session is actively listening. Fair-use limits apply to the Max plan.
- Top-up packs add extra hours that do not expire. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once any portion is used.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change; we will give notice of changes to recurring prices before they take effect.
5. Free trial
The free tier provides a one-time allotment of session time so you can try LiveCue. We may limit or end free access to prevent abuse.
6. AI output
LiveCue's suggestions, answers, transcripts, and recaps are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
LiveCue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveCue AI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to LiveCue will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LiveCue AI Inc. harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of LiveCue, including any failure to obtain required consent or to comply with applicable laws.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for suspected abuse. You may stop using LiveCue at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be posted here, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
