These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Iron Coach AI, operated by LiveCue AI Inc. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Alberta, Canada. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Iron Coach AI provides fitness planning, workout and lift logging, food photo estimates, and AI coaching features. Free features let you build and log your own workouts. Premium features are unlocked with a subscription or a one-time purchase.

2. Not medical advice

Iron Coach AI is a general fitness tool, not a medical, diagnostic, or healthcare service. It does not provide medical advice and makes no health guarantees. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You exercise at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or illness.

3. AI-generated content is an estimate

Workout plans, coaching messages, plan analysis, food calories, and macros are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Use judgment and do not rely on them as precise or professional advice.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Monthly — US$9.99 per month (auto-renewing).
• Annual — US$99.99 per year (auto-renewing).
• Founding Lifetime — US$149, one-time purchase (non-renewing).

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or its backend services, attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls, reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveCue AI Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and contact
