PegWorth

Support

PegWorth reads the toy number or base of a diecast car, tells you whether it's a Treasure Hunt, and shows what it actually sells for — with the sold listings behind the number.

Fastest way to get help: support@livecueapp.com. Include your iOS version and, if it's about a car, the toy number on the card back — a screenshot of the verdict helps.

The app says "Can't tell yet" on a Super

That's on purpose. A Super Treasure Hunt is decided by two physical tells — Spectraflame paint and Real Riders rubber tires — plus the official list for that year. If a photo can't settle it, PegWorth asks you the two questions instead of guessing. A wrong "Super!" is worse than an honest "not sure." Verify the base code before paying Super money.

Why is there no price on my car?

PegWorth shows a range only when at least three clean sold listings exist for that exact release and condition. Fresh releases, unusual variants and older cars often don't have that yet. We never estimate or blend loose with carded.

The scan won't read my card

Point at the toy number on the card back (letters then digits, like HTF30) or the casting name stamped on the base of a loose car. Good light matters more than distance. Glossy blister plastic can reflect — tilt slightly.

Restoring Pro on a new phone

Open any locked comp or the garage's value card, then tap Restore purchase at the bottom of the Pro sheet. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not the device.

Does my garage survive a new phone?

Not yet. Your garage lives only on the device — that's why the app needs no account. Export it to CSV from the Garage tab before you switch. Sync is on the roadmap and will be opt-in.

The ID is wrong

Tap Wrong ID? on the verdict and pick what was off. Reports are stored on your device for now and will help improve recognition once sync exists. Meanwhile, email us the toy number and we'll check the catalog.
